Job Title: Senior-Level Experienced Accounts Manager

Job Description:

Yash dental is seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant with expertise in managing Company Accounts and Indian taxation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Indian tax laws and regulations, Filing of GST / TDS / PF / ESI efficiently. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities:

– Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc
– Handling day-to-day accounting
– Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments
– Handling all banking related works
– Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email
– Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc and keeping track of them
– Handling in the calculation and preparation of tax returns, including GST, customs duties, and other applicable taxes and filling.
– Preparing profit and loss statements
– Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities
– Handling petty cash
– Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws
- E way Bills / PI / PO ETC.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in Indian tax laws and regulations affecting import transactions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, procurement, and logistics teams, to optimize import processes and minimize tax liabilities.
Provide guidance and support to junior staff members on import-related accounting and taxation matters.
Participate in internal audits and assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to import transactions.
Support the finance team in ad hoc projects and tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in accounting, with focus on all accounting aspects & Knowledge in (import taxation and Eway Bill management) is an additional support.
In-depth knowledge of Indian tax laws and regulations, particularly related to imports and GST.
Experience with accounting software and proficiency in MS Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to adapt to changes in regulations and industry practices.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
