Full job description

Job Purpose

To manage end-to-end recruitment for operational manpower and ensure timely fulfilment of manpower requirements across Delhivery hubs and delivery centres.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Ground Coordinators, Field Executives, Delivery Executives, Job Leaders, Loaders and other operational positions.
Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, walk-ins, field hiring and local recruitment channels.
Conduct bulk and replacement hiring based on operational requirements.
Screen candidates based on eligibility, experience, communication skills and job requirements.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds with the hiring team.
Coordinate candidate documentation, background verification and onboarding formalities.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining and ensure joining conversion within TAT.
Coordinate with Operations teams to understand current and upcoming manpower requirements.
Conduct local job fairs, recruitment drives and field hiring activities wherever required.
Coordinate with recruitment vendors/manpower agencies and monitor hiring performance.
Maintain daily recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring MIS.
Share daily/weekly hiring updates and highlight recruitment gaps to the HR/Operations team.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and required documentation standards.
Support basic HR queries and employee-related requirements during the onboarding stage.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly hiring targets.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
Ability to handle bulk/blue-collar recruitment.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, WhatsApp and email.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced operations environment.
Willingness to conduct field recruitment and local hiring drives.
Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with Operations.

Qualification & Experience

Any Bachelor's degree; MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
0–3 years of recruitment/HR experience.
Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to work in recruitment may also be considered.
Experience in logistics, e-commerce, 3PL, warehousing or blue-collar recruitment is preferred.
