Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Visiting hospitals, nursing homes and healthcare institutions regularly.
- Scheduling appointments with Directors, Owners, Administrators and decision-makers.
- Conducting product presentations and demonstrations.
- Generating enquiries and converting them into business.
- Coordinating with the Head Office for proposals and quotations.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Submitting Daily Activity Reports.
- Achieving agreed sales and activity targets.
- Continuously learning about Leads Digital’s products and services.
Performance Expectations
This role is performance-driven.
Typical monthly expectations include:
- 300 business calls
- 60 appointments
- 30 customer meetings
- 15 product demonstrations
- 10 quotations
- 5 qualified opportunities
- Minimum 1 successful business closure
- Performance reviews are based on sales, pipeline quality, activity levels, professionalism and reporting.

Compensation
This is a performance-based business development opportunity.
Successful candidates will initially join as Independent Marketing Associates under a performance-linked engagement.
