Junior Sales Executive

About the Role

Eminentsoft Technologies is looking for a Junior Sales Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT industry to join our Sales & Business Development team.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and client-handling skills, a good understanding of IT services, and the ability to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into clients.

Fluency in English is compulsory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, online platforms, and other channels.
Contact potential clients and understand their business and technology requirements.
Promote and explain Eminentsoft Technologies' services, including Web Development, Software Development, ERP, CRM, Mobile App Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, and Branding.
Conduct sales calls, online meetings, and client presentations.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications.
Manage leads and maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Follow up consistently with prospects and existing leads to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Coordinate with the technical, design, digital marketing, and project teams to understand and communicate project requirements.
Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.
Maintain regular follow-ups throughout the sales process.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Research competitors, market trends, and potential client segments.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in IT sales, business development, or software/technology services.
Strong understanding of IT services and software solutions.
Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal fluency is compulsory.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Experience in B2B sales and lead generation is preferred.
Ability to understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and confident personality.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
