About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will manage SEO for multiple client accounts across different industries, developing and executing customized strategies to improve their organic visibility, rankings, traffic, and lead generation.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, communicating with clients, analyzing performance, and turning SEO data into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute SEO strategies for multiple client accounts.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and industry research for different clients.
Develop customized SEO strategies based on each client's business goals and target audience.
Handle on-page SEO, including meta titles, descriptions, headings, content optimization, internal linking, URL structure, and keyword placement.
Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers/content teams to resolve website issues.
Plan and execute off-page SEO and link-building strategies.
Identify new keyword and content opportunities to increase organic traffic and conversions.
Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and other important SEO metrics.
Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO platforms.
Work closely with content writers to create and optimize SEO-friendly content.
Conduct regular competitor analysis and identify opportunities to improve client performance.
Prepare monthly SEO reports and performance insights for clients and internal teams.
Communicate SEO progress, recommendations, and results clearly to clients when required.
Manage SEO deliverables and timelines across multiple accounts.
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
Continuously test, analyze, and improve SEO strategies based on performance data.

Requirements

2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Proven experience managing multiple SEO projects/accounts simultaneously.
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Good knowledge of keyword research, competitor analysis, link building, and content optimization.
Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
Ability to analyze SEO data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines across multiple client accounts.
Client-facing experience will be an added advantage.
