Job Title: Social Media Management Intern

Company: Shanti Creations

Location: On-site - Lajpat Nagar-2, New Delhi

Duration: 6 Months Internship (with strong potential for permanent employment based on performance)

Shanti Creations is a leading garden development company in Delhi specializing in organic terrace gardens, balcony gardens, vertical gardens, and eco-friendly landscaping. We transform urban spaces into lush green paradises, helping people bring nature home through sustainable and creative gardening solutions. Led by Neelam Dhingra (Garden Curator & Plant Doctor with 20+ years of experience), we have built a strong community of gardening enthusiasts.

Our social media presence is vibrant and growing rapidly:

Instagram (@shanticreationsofficial): 165K+ followers, highly engaging Reels on garden makeovers, plant care tips, customer stories, and DIY hacks.
YouTube: 103K+ subscribers with in-depth garden tours and vlogs.
Facebook and other platforms with active community engagement.

We create inspirational, educational, and visually stunning content that drives leads and builds a loyal audience around urban gardening.

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and tech-savvy Social Media Management Intern to support and grow our digital presence. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves content creation, gardening/nature, and digital marketing to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing company with a meaningful mission.

Key Responsibilities

Create and schedule engaging posts, Reels, and Stories across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Assist in content planning and brainstorming ideas for garden tips, before-after transformations, plant care tutorials, and user-generated content.
Handle community management — reply to comments/DMs, build engagement, and grow our follower base.
Help shoot/edit short videos and photos (using phone or basic equipment).
Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements for better reach and lead generation.
Support campaigns, collaborations, and trending challenges related to gardening and sustainability.
Contribute to other marketing tasks as needed.

Stipend: ₹6,000 - ₹8,000 per month (depending on the interview and skills).

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed graduation (Mass Communication, Marketing, Design, or any field with relevant skills).
Strong interest in social media, content creation, and preferably gardening/plants (not mandatory but a big plus).
Good command of English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut/InShot, or other editing tools.
Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
