Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and increasing student enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business leads and opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with students, institutions, and partners
Promote IT courses and training programs to potential candidates
Conduct follow-ups and convert leads into admissions
Plan and execute marketing and outreach activities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good presentation and convincing abilities
Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach
Basic knowledge of IT training industry is a plus

Pay: ₹11,494.19 - ₹40,895.84 per month
