Office Boy/ office Assistant Role - Tiles and Bathware Industry (Available on Immediate base Joining)

Location: Varmora Granito Corporate Office, Bhopal, Ahmedabad

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to join our team. The Office Boy will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office, assisting staff with administrative tasks, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Maintenance:
Clean and maintain office premises, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and sanitary.
Dispose of trash and recycling regularly.
Administrative Support:
Assist with photocopying, scanning, and printing documents.
Distribute incoming mail and deliveries to appropriate recipients.
Prepare and send outgoing mail and packages.
Support staff with filing and organizing documents.
Hospitality:
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
Set up meeting rooms, including arranging chairs and equipment as needed.
Ensure meeting rooms are clean and organized after use.
Errands:
Run office-related errands, such as purchasing office supplies, collecting documents, or delivering items.
Handle banking transactions and other outside office tasks as assigned.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and maintain office supplies and pantry stock.
Inform the management when supplies are running low and assist in restocking.
General Assistance:
Assist with setting up and organizing company events or meetings.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the management or staff.

Qualifications:

Basic understanding of office equipment, such as printers and photocopiers.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning and other manual tasks.
Trustworthy, punctual, and reliable.
