Job Title: Customer Support Executive – International Voice, Email & Chat Process | Fluent English | Immediate Hiring & Technical Support Executive – International Voice Process

Location: Gurgaon | Indore | Jaipur

Shift

Rotational Shift
Night Shift (International Process)
5 Days Working
Rotational Week Off

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries via voice, email, and live chat.
Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism.
Maintain accurate customer records and case notes.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Follow company processes and compliance guidelines.

Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to work in rotational/night shifts.
Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving skills.
Freshers with excellent English are welcome.
Prior international BPO experience is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate or Undergraduate.
Experience in international customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
