Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Power Platform Developer with 2-3 years of experience to be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining SharePoint Online solutions within the Microsoft 365 platform. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, architecting SharePoint solutions, and providing technical expertise to support organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Power BI.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SharePoint Online solutions.
Design, develop, customize, and implement SharePoint Online sites, workflows, lists, libraries, and web parts to meet business needs.
Configure and manage SharePoint Online features, including but not limited to site collections, permissions, content types, and metadata.
Integrate SharePoint Online with other Microsoft 365 applications and third-party systems as needed.
Develop and maintain custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
Ensure SharePoint solutions adhere to best practices for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint Online configuration, customization, and integration.
Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, administrators, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with IT teams, including infrastructure, security, and support, to ensure seamless operation and integration of SharePoint Online solutions.
Stay current with the latest developments in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and related technologies, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer or similar role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Working knowledge of AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar) for development, debugging, documentation, and analysis is expected.

Preferred Skills:

Proven experience developing SharePoint solutions within the Microsoft 365 environment.
In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, features, and capabilities.
Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer, Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate, or similar are a plus.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
