What this job involves:
As a Senior Specialist in Digital Marketing at JLL, you'll serve as the central owner of our webinars channel, combining strategic consultation with hands-on technical expertise to deliver high-impact virtual events that drive engagement and business results. At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way — for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees, and in this role, you'll be instrumental in how we connect, communicate, and create value through digital experiences. You'll provide strategic guidance on platform selection and integration while maintaining direct involvement in critical webinar operations, from technical setup and configuration through day-of-event hosting and post-event optimization. This position offers the opportunity to shape how JLL leverages webinars as a core marketing and communication tool while providing leadership and oversight to other technical specialists supporting webinar operations.
What your day-to-day will look like: Serve as the strategic advisor for webinar initiatives across the organization, guiding platform selection based on event objectives, audience size, and engagement requirements while analyzing integration capabilities with our existing MarTech stack
Own the end-to-end technical setup for all webinar events, including registration page creation, integration with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms, while developing and implementing rigorous testing protocols and quality assurance processes
Collaborate with content teams and marketers to establish content delivery timelines that accommodate technical setup, testing, and promotional campaign schedules, providing technical specifications and best practices that optimize presentation quality
Provide professional hosting and moderation services during live events, delivering real-time technical support and troubleshooting while managing audience engagement through polls, Q&A sessions, and chat moderation
Deploy automated follow-up sequences immediately following events and generate comprehensive performance analytics and reporting, providing content repurposing recommendations to maximize the value of each webinar
Develop operational playbooks and quality standards across all webinar platforms, establishing consistency and excellence while creating processes to integrate webinars with existing marketing workflows
Provide leadership and oversight of other technical specialists supporting webinar operations, ensuring consistent service delivery and professional development of team capabilities
Coordinate post-event content repurposing by providing teams with recordings, timestamps of key moments, engagement data, and audience questions that inform derivative content
Required qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, demand generation, or a related B2B marketing environment
Proficiency in leading webinar platforms such as Zoom Webinars, ON24, GoToWebinar, Webex Events, or Microsoft Teams Live Events with understanding of platform-specific features, limitations, and best practices
Proven experience integrating webinar platforms with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics), marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot), and analytics tools with understanding of API connections and data flow
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for communicating with internal teams and stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze webinar performance metrics including registration-to-attendance rates, engagement metrics, drop-off points, and conversion data
Understanding of streaming protocols, bandwidth requirements, audio/video codecs, and troubleshooting common A/V issues
Ability to build automated workflows for registration confirmations, reminders, follow-up sequences, and lead nurturing using marketing automation tools
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
Preferred qualifications: Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and data privacy regulations for handling attendee information and consent management across international webinars
Experience implementing tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and custom event tracking with familiarity in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar analytics platforms
Demonstrated ability to calculate and report on webinar ROI, cost-per-lead, cost-per-acquisition, and other financial metrics that demonstrate program value
Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests for registration pages, email sequences, webinar formats, and engagement tactics to continuously improve results
Proven track record of vendor management skills in evaluating, negotiating with, and managing relationships with webinar platform providers and technical service vendors
Familiarity with professional broadcasting equipment and software for enhanced production quality
