Technical & Maintenance
Roles1. Maintenance Electricians
- Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance on electrical panels, transformers, DG sets (Diesel Generators), and main wiring. Diagnose and repair short circuits, faulty lines, and fixture malfunctions instantly. Ensure total compliance with safety codes.
- Requirements: 2–5 years of commercial/residential project experience. An ITI Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering along with a valid Wireman/Electrician License is highly preferred.
2. Maintenance Plumbers
- Key Responsibilities: Oversee and maintain water pipelines, overhead tanks, drainage lines, and sump pumps. Quickly resolve leaks, blockages, and install/replace premium sanitary fittings (faucets, flush systems, vanities). Monitor water distribution setups.
- Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in residential societies, commercial buildings, or large project sites. Hands-on skill with modern piping systems (PVC/CPVC) is essential.
Administration & Core Support
Roles 3. Office Administrators
- Key Responsibilities: Manage daily front-desk operations, visitor logs, and incoming phone calls/emails. Supervise facility documentation, coordinate vendor billings, manage office utilities, and provide crucial administrative support to the management team.
- Requirements: Graduate degree with 1–3 years of corporate front-office or administrative experience. Strong proficiency in computer applications (MS Word, Excel/Google Sheets) and clear communication skills are mandatory.
4. Kitchen & Pantry Staff
- Key Responsibilities: Maintain flawless hygiene and cleanliness across office pantries, cafeterias, or executive kitchens. Prepare and serve beverages/refreshments for corporate guests and internal management. Strictly monitor food safety and pantry inventory.
- Requirements: 0–2 years of experience in hospitality, corporate pantries, or food service. Must have an excellent sense of personal hygiene and a polite manner.
Safety & Security Division 5. Security Supervisors
- Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire security roster, manage on-duty guards, and monitor CCTV control rooms. Handle emergency response protocols, conduct fire safety drills, and audit material entry/exit logs.
- Requirements: 3–5 years of security management experience. Ex-servicemen (Army/Navy/Air Force/Paramilitary) will be given high priority. Basic computer literacy is required.
6. Security Guards (Male & Female)
- Key Responsibilities: Maintain vigilant access control at all entry/exit gates. Verify visitor credentials, manage incoming vehicle parking, perform regular perimeter patrols, and maintain standard register logs.
- Requirements: 1–3 years of security experience. Must be physically fit and meet standard height requirements. Basic reading and writing skills are mandatory.
Housekeeping & Property Upkeep
Roles7. Housekeeping Supervisors / Executives (OBS)
- Key Responsibilities: Create daily crew rosters, assign designated floor zones, and audit cleaning checklists. Conduct regular quality audits of common areas, lobbies, and executive blocks. Manage inventories for cleaning chemicals and machinery.
- Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in premium real estate, hotels, or facility management. Strong leadership and log-maintenance skills.
8. General Housekeeping Staff (Male & Female)
- Key Responsibilities: Execute daily sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming across assigned offices, common corridors, and staircases. Continuously clean and sanitize washrooms. Handle correct garbage collection and waste segregation.
- Requirements: 0–2 years of experience. Prior work in malls, hospitals, or corporate offices is preferred. Clean habits and a polite attitude are essential.
9. Deep Cleaning & Machine Operators
- Key Responsibilities: Operate specialized industrial cleaning gear including single-disc scrubbing machines, ride-on sweepers, and high-pressure jet washers. Execute periodic carpet shampooing, floor polishing, and high-level glass dusting.
- Requirements: 1–3 years of specialized machine handling experience. Ability to trouble-shoot basic equipment hitches safely.
10. Professional Gardeners (Landscaping Staff)
- Key Responsibilities: Maintain lawns, manicured hedges, indoor plants, and flowering beds across the property. Handle seasonal planting, regular pruning, watering, soil fertilization, and pest control. Ensure proper storage of gardening tools.
- Requirements: 1–3 years of gardening or commercial landscaping experience. Sound knowledge of plant varieties, fertilizers, and seasonal growth cycles.
