Revenue Expectations
The Working Partner will be responsible for growing the assigned business to achieve a monthly revenue between ₹50 Lakhs and ₹1 Crore, while maintaining healthy profitability.

Compensation Model
This is a Profit Sharing Opportunity, not a conventional salaried position.
The Working Partner will receive:
- Monthly Retainer (if applicable)
- Attractive Profit Share based on the net profit generated by the assigned business unit
- Performance-based incentives (where applicable)
- Periodic review of the profit-sharing structure based on business performance
Profit sharing will be calculated after accounting for:
- Customer collections
- Manufacturing costs
- Installation expenses
- Employee salaries
- Marketing expenses
- Operational expenses
- Taxes and statutory liabilities
- Other approved business expenses

Position Summary
