Full job description

Experience : 2 to 4 yrs

Job Description:

The role is responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to a client's specifications. Strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Developing front end website architecture.
Designing user interactions on web pages.
Developing back-end website CMS.
Creating servers and databases for functionality.
Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
Ensuring responsiveness of website.
Working alongside graphic designers for web design features.
Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
Integrating third party APIs with website and database.
Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as PHP, WordPress, Dotnet, Magento, etc.

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science/ BSC IT or equivalent
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Understanding of fully synchronous behaviour of PHP
Experience in Core PHP & WordPress is Mandatory
Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as Ajax, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5 and CSS3
Understanding of database keys is must
Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook etc)
Understanding of open-source projects like WordPress
Troubleshoot, test and maintain the old websites and applications to ensure strong optimization and functionality
Excellent writing & verbal communication skills.
Good problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail.
