Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform professional to design, develop, and deliver enterprise business solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, hands-on development experience, and the ability to lead development teams and work closely with business stakeholders on end-to-end solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights (Marketing), and Project Operations.
Participate in requirement gathering, solution design workshops, and technical discussions with business and technology stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
Lead development activities and provide technical guidance to developers throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
Build and support advanced customizations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, PCF controls, custom connectors, plugins, and workflows.
Configure and integrate Experlogix CPQ within Dynamics 365 Sales to support quote-to-cash processes.
Design and implement AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Agentic AI capabilities, including custom copilots, autonomous agents, and business process automation.
Develop integrations using Dataverse, REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and third-party applications.
Support ALM processes, source control, automated testing, and CI/CD deployments using Azure DevOps.
Prepare technical design documents, deployment documentation, and operational support materials.
Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and solution optimization activities.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solution design, development, and implementation.
Proven experience leading development teams and mentoring technical resources.
Experience delivering medium-to-large scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations from requirements through production deployment.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Agentic AI solutions, custom copilots, generative AI capabilities, and intelligent automation.
Strong experience working directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
