Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in the system on behalf of requesters
Manage PR/PO creation for global locations (US, Philippines, UK, and Australia)
Handle the procurement mailbox, addressing queries from both business stakeholders and vendors
Process PO amendments as per business requirements with proper documentation and approvals
Validate pricing documents/quotations before PR creation
Coordinate with the contract team for contract creation, wherever applicable
Ensure timely approval and processing of Purchase Orders (POs)
Support vendor management activities, including onboarding, communication, and follow-ups
Ensure correct GL coding and cost center allocation for all procurement transactions
Track the PR to PO lifecycle and ensure timely closure
Maintain accurate documentation and records for all procurement activities
Assist in reviewing and maintaining contracts and agreements
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and internal controls
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for requirement clarification, issue resolution, and status updates

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Good understanding of procurement processes (PR to PO cycle)
Must have 2-3 years of relevant experience in procurement process
Knowledge of GL coding, cost centers, and basic finance concepts
Experience in vendor management and query handling
Basic understanding of contracts and commercial terms
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
