Location - Remote - Work from home

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a Staffing Organization providing IT Recruitment Services to leading Domestic IT companies.
Strong understanding of latest technology stacks and skills.
Ability to engage, assess, and evaluate candidates based on client needs.
Skilled in delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Resilient mindset to handle rejections and stay motivated under pressure.

Role & Responsibilities:

Source quality resumes using job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Assess candidates on skills, experience, cultural fit, and interest in opportunities.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Maintain accurate reports and follow structured recruitment processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions.
