Candidates from Manufacturing, IT Infrastructure, Networking, Telecom, Data Center, Electrical, Electronic Components, Structured Cabling, or any industry dealing with Server Racks, Network Racks, CAT6/CAT6A Cables, Structured Cabling, Networking Accessories, Data Center Solutions, or similar products.
About the Role
Elixir Network Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive who has experience selling products related to IT infrastructure and networking. The ideal candidate should possess strong industry knowledge, an established customer network, and the ability to generate business for Server Racks, Network Racks, and related networking products.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, cold calling, field visits, and channel partners.
- Promote and sell Server Racks, Network Racks, Wall Mount Racks, Floor Standing Racks, Network Cabinets, CAT6/CAT6A Cables, Patch Panels, PDUs, Cable Management Accessories, and other networking infrastructure products.
- Develop relationships with System Integrators, IT Dealers, Distributors, Data Center Companies, Corporate Clients, Government Organizations, Educational Institutions, Telecom Companies, and Industrial Customers.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable networking infrastructure solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and successfully close sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging networking technologies.
Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Knowledge of Server Racks, Network Racks, Structured Cabling, CAT6/CAT6A Cables, Patch Panels, Data Center Infrastructure, or related networking products.
- Good understanding of the IT Infrastructure and Networking market.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
