Job Description

Arisen Guruteck Solutions LLP is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the complete employee lifecycle and HR processes in an IT and Digital Marketing company.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, an eagerness to learn HR practices, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring

Post job openings on job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Internshala.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Maintain the candidate database and recruitment tracker.

Onboarding & HR Operations

Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
Collect and verify employee documents.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, internship letters, and other HR documents.
Maintain employee records and HR files.
Support attendance and leave management.

Employee Engagement

Coordinate employee engagement activities and team events.
Assist in organizing training sessions and induction programs.
Support employee communication and grievance coordination.

HR Administration

Update HR databases and maintain confidential records.
Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Required Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

Pursuing or completed MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, BMS, or any relevant degree.
Freshers and final-year students are encouraged to apply.
Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment will be an added advantage.
