Position Title:Brand & Visual Communication Designer
Location:Pune, India (Full-time)
Compensation:Salary offered will depend on experience, portfolio, skill level, and overall fit for the role.
About Us
Mohar Homes is a growing residential design brand focused on creating thoughtful homes with strong visual identity, clear communication, and consistent brand presence. Our work spans home design, visual storytelling, social media, presentations, marketing materials, and brand-building content.

We are looking for a creative all-rounder who can help build and strengthen the Mohar Homes brand internally. You will work directly on developing Mohar Homes as a brand, helping us create high-quality content, visuals, campaigns, and communication materials across different platforms.
Position Summary
The Brand & Visual Communication Designer will be responsible for shaping and maintaining the visual presence of Mohar Homes across social media, presentations, brochures, internal marketing materials, and brand assets. This role is ideal for someone who understands graphic design, social media content, visual communication, and brand development, and can use AI tools thoughtfully to work efficiently and support strong creative output.

We are especially looking for someone who can think like a brand builder — not just a graphic designer — and contribute to making Mohar Homes look strong, clear, premium, and consistent.
Key Responsibilities

Design social media posts, reels covers, carousels, stories, promotional graphics, and campaign creatives for Mohar Homes.
Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for the brand across all touchpoints.
Create branding and communication materials such as brochures, service guides, presentations, proposal layouts, flyers, and digital assets.
Support brand development through moodboards, style directions, visual systems, and marketing ideas.
Work on content related to:

home design
façades and plans
project showcases
educational / informative posts
company branding and internal campaigns

Use AI tools appropriately for ideation, productivity, content support, design assistance, and workflow efficiency.
Assist in creating a strong and organised content pipeline for Mohar Homes.
Coordinate with the internal team to understand priorities, campaigns, and business direction.
Maintain organised files, templates, brand assets, and content systems.
Contribute ideas for improving the overall presentation and market perception of Mohar Homes.

Education (Preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
Experience

0–3 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, social media design, or visual communication.
Freshers with strong portfolios and good thinking skills are welcome to apply.

Skills – Mandatory

Strong skills in graphic design and layout.
Good understanding of branding and visual identity.
Ability to create engaging social media content.
Strong sense of visual communication and presentation design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent tools).
Ability to use AI tools intelligently to improve workflow and support output quality.
Good understanding of typography, colour, composition, and hierarchy.
Ability to work efficiently, handle multiple content needs, and maintain consistency.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to improve through feedback.
Good communication skills in English.

Skills – Preferred (Bonus)

Experience with Canva, Figma, or presentation design tools.
Basic video editing / motion graphics skills.
Interest in architecture, interiors, construction, or real estate branding.
Experience in building and managing a brand’s visual presence over time.
Ability to think strategically and work within structured brand systems.
