Job Summary
We are looking for a data-driven and enthusiastic Meta Ads Executive with 1.5–2 years of experience to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing lead generation campaigns to drive high-quality real estate inquiries while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
This role requires a strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analysis. Experience in real estate marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop lead generation campaigns for residential, commercial, and plotted real estate projects.
- Set campaign objectives based on business goals, such as lead generation, traffic, awareness, and conversions.
- Plan campaign budgets and monitor daily spending to ensure efficient utilization.
Audience Targeting & Optimization
- Conduct audience research and build custom, lookalike, and interest-based audiences.
- Implement audience segmentation and retargeting strategies.
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, ad copy, CTAs, and audience groups.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, CTR, CPL, and conversion rates.
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis.
- Analyze key metrics such as:
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Click-Through Rate (CTR)
- Cost Per Click (CPC)
- Conversion Rate
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Lead Quality
- Identify optimization opportunities to improve campaign performance.
Creative Coordination
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Provide creative briefs based on campaign objectives.
- Suggest improvements to ad creatives based on campaign insights.
Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor Meta Pixel and Conversion API implementation (with technical support where required).
- Ensure accurate tracking of website events and lead conversions.
- Generate weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to the marketing team.
Market & Competitor Research
- Analyze competitor advertising strategies.
- Stay updated with Meta advertising policies, algorithm updates, and industry trends.
- Identify new campaign opportunities and audience segments.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with sales and CRM teams to evaluate lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with digital marketing and content teams to align paid campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- Support integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Required Skills

- Knowledge of Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- Basic understanding of audience targeting and retargeting.
- Familiarity with Meta Pixel and event tracking concepts.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Certification in Meta Advertising, Digital Marketing, or Performance Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience
- 1.5–2 years of experience in Meta Ads, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Freshers with certifications, internships, freelance projects, or hands-on experience managing Meta campaigns are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory.
