Full job description

We are looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to manage our digital presence, engage with customers, and drive brand awareness across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media management, content creation, SEO, graphic design, and customer communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management

Manage and maintain company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.
Monitor social media activities, respond to comments/messages, and increase audience engagement.
Research industry trends and implement effective social media strategies.

Content Creation & Copywriting

Write engaging captions, blogs, social media posts, promotional content, and marketing materials.
Develop monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital channels.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

Implement on-page SEO best practices for website content and blogs.
Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines.
Monitor website rankings and recommend improvements to increase organic traffic.
Work with the development team to improve website visibility and search performance.
Basic understanding of Google Search Console and Google Analytics is preferred.

WhatsApp Marketing & Customer Engagement

Manage MSG91 platform for WhatsApp communication and marketing campaigns.
Create and send promotional messages, updates, reminders, and customer engagement campaigns.
Maintain communication with customers and respond to inquiries when required.
Track campaign performance and customer engagement metrics.

Graphic Design

Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, and marketing creatives using Canva.
Ensure visual content aligns with company branding and marketing goals.
Canva Pro subscription will be provided by the company.

Required Skills

Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn business pages.
Strong content writing and copywriting skills.
Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and keyword optimization.
Experience using Canva for graphic design.
Familiarity with MSG91 or similar WhatsApp marketing platforms.
Ability to create, schedule, and publish social media content independently.
Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1+ year of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or SEO.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
Experience running social media campaigns and generating leads through digital channels.
