Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking detail-oriented and analytical Accounting & Finance Executives to support day-to-day accounting, finance, taxation, and compliance operations. The role involves maintaining books of accounts, processing financial transactions, preparing reports, managing statutory compliance, and supporting business finance activities using Tally Prime, Excel, and ERP systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Operations

Record and post journal entries accurately.
Maintain ledgers and prepare trial balances.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Process purchase and sales transactions.
Perform bank reconciliations.
Maintain complete books of accounts.

Financial Reporting

Prepare Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing.
Analyze financial data and prepare management reports.
Generate MIS reports and dashboards using Excel.

GST & Tax Compliance

Process GST transactions and maintain GST records.
Prepare GST reconciliations and assist in filing GST returns.
Calculate and process TDS deductions.
Support tax compliance and documentation.

Payroll Operations

Process monthly payroll.
Maintain employee salary records.
Calculate statutory deductions including PF and ESI.
Reconcile attendance and payroll data.

Vendor & Customer Management

Create and maintain vendor and customer master records.
Track vendor payments and customer collections.
Prepare vendor aging and receivable aging reports.
Reconcile customer and vendor accounts.

ERP & Tally Operations

Create and maintain company data in Tally Prime or ERP systems.
Record accounting vouchers.
Manage inventory and stock records.
Generate accounting and financial reports from ERP.

Compliance & Audit Support

Maintain financial documentation.
Assist in internal and statutory audits.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
Prepare audit schedules and reconciliation statements.
