## Position Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer with strong expertise in Angular and modern frontend engineering practices to join our healthcare technology team. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience building scalable, high-performance web applications and intuitive user interfaces for complex, data-driven products. This role requires strong frontend architecture knowledge, hands-on development expertise, product thinking, and the ability to collaborate across internal engineering and operational teams. You will play a key role in shaping frontend architecture, improving user experience, and building reliable applications used in healthcare and clinical environments where performance, usability, and data reliability are critical. This role is best suited for someone who can take ownership, work independently, and contribute beyond implementation — including architecture discussions, workflow improvements, and frontend standards. --- # Key Responsibilities ## Frontend Development * Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using Angular (v16+) * Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components * Develop responsive, high-quality production-ready applications * Optimize applications for speed, scalability, performance, and cross-browser compatibility * Integrate REST APIs and backend services into frontend workflows * Participate in frontend architecture discussions and technical decision-making * Refactor and improve existing codebases for maintainability and scalability * Define and enforce frontend development standards and best practices * Troubleshoot complex frontend issues and implement performance improvements --- ## Product & User Experience * Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve product usability and workflow efficiency * Translate business and workflow requirements into intuitive user experiences * Contribute to UI/UX improvements across web applications * Ensure consistency in UI behavior, responsiveness, and design patterns * Build interfaces optimized for operational and data-intensive workflows * Design frontend experiences with sensitive healthcare and patient data workflows in mind --- ## Collaboration & Leadership * Collaborate with backend developers, Android teams, QA, and internal stakeholders * Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, sprint planning, and estimations * Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers * Contribute to technical planning and long-term frontend architecture discussions * Work independently with strong ownership and accountability --- # Required Skills & Technologies ## Frontend Technologies * Angular (v16+ Preferred) * TypeScript * JavaScript (ES6+) * HTML5 * CSS3 / SCSS / SASS * Responsive Web Design * PrimeNg --- ## Frontend Architecture & Engineering * Strong understanding of scalable frontend architecture * Component-based application design * Performance optimization and frontend scalability * Clean code principles and maintainable code structure * Cross-browser compatibility and responsive UI implementation * Experience working in large and evolving frontend codebases * Strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities --- ## API & Integration * REST API Integration * JSON --- ## UI/UX & Product Thinking * Strong understanding of user-centered frontend development * Ability to build intuitive and workflow-oriented interfaces * Understanding of UI consistency, accessibility, and usability principles * Experience translating product requirements into clean frontend experiences --- ## Development Tools & Practices * Git * VS Code * Postman * Jira / Confluence * Agile / Scrum Methodology * Sprint-based development workflows --- # Good to Have Skills * React.js * Node.js * CI/CD Pipelines * Monorepo architecture experience * Micro Frontend Architecture * Unit testing and frontend testing frameworks (Jest / Jasmine / Cypress) * Healthcare, EHR, EMR, or health-tech domain experience * Exposure to healthcare privacy and secure data handling practices * UI/UX design tools such as Figma --- # Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field * 5+ years of frontend development experience * Experience building enterprise-scale or SaaS applications * Strong understanding of frontend architecture and state management * Experience working in Agile product teams * Ability to independently drive features and technical improvements --- # What We’re Looking For * Strong ownership mindset * Ability to work independently without requiring highly detailed specifications for every task * Product-oriented thinking with attention to usability and workflow efficiency * Strong collaboration and communication skills * Ability to balance engineering quality with execution speed * Someone who proactively improves systems, architecture, and user experience --- # Employment Type * Full-time # Experience Level * Senior-Level (5+ Years) # Location * On-site (Ahmedabad, Gujarat)
