Receptionist – Divy Digital Hub

Job Summary:

Divy Digital Hub is looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide excellent support to visitors, clients, and team members. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors and clients professionally.
Answer and direct phone calls.
Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
Respond to basic inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Coordinate with different departments for meetings and appointments.
Maintain office files and documents.
Keep the reception area clean and organized.
Perform basic administrative and office support tasks.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and email.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Punctual, well-presented, and professional attitude.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
