CodingPara is a technology-focused company working on modern web applications, digital products, and scalable software solutions. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer Intern who is passionate about designing simple, intuitive, and visually engaging digital experiences.
The selected candidate will work closely with our product and development teams to design user-friendly websites, dashboards, admin panels, seller portals, and customer-facing applications.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Develop clean and consistent UI designs using Figma.
- Conduct basic user research and understand user requirements.
- Convert business and product requirements into intuitive design solutions.
- Create and maintain reusable components and design systems.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Improve existing designs based on feedback and usability observations.
- Design screens for dashboards, e-commerce platforms, admin portals, and web applications.
- Prepare developer handoff files, design specifications, and assets.
- Participate in brainstorming, product discussions, and design reviews.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Figma.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to design responsive web interfaces.
- Basic understanding of user journeys and usability.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to receive feedback and make design improvements.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing dashboards, e-commerce websites, or SaaS products.
- Knowledge of design systems and reusable components.
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Framer.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or frontend development.
- Experience with animations, micro-interactions, or interactive prototypes.
- A portfolio containing UI/UX projects, case studies, or personal design work.
Eligibility
- Students, recent graduates, and self-taught designers may apply.
- Candidates from design, computer science, IT, or related backgrounds are preferred, but not mandatory.
- Applicants should have a portfolio or samples demonstrating their design skills.
- Freshers with strong design fundamentals and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
