Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambar, chutneys, and traditional curries as per standard recipes.
Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
Assist the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per food safety standards.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Monitor stock levels and inform seniors about shortages.
Follow kitchen SOPs and safety guidelines.
Support in mise en place and preparation for service.
Ensure timely preparation of food during service hours.

Skills & Requirements:

Good knowledge of South Indian cuisine.
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Team player with good communication skills.
Attention to detail and consistency in cooking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
