About the Role

We're looking for an experienced SEO Manager who can own the complete SEO strategy for our clients—from technical SEO and keyword research to content strategy, analytics, and AI search optimization.

This isn't a role for someone who simply follows SEO checklists. We're looking for someone who understands how search is evolving with AI, Answer Engines, and changing Google algorithms, and can build strategies that drive qualified traffic and revenue.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy

Develop and execute SEO strategies for multiple client websites.
Perform comprehensive website audits.
Conduct keyword research based on business goals and search intent.
Build topical authority and content clusters.
Develop SEO roadmaps with measurable KPIs.

Technical SEO

Perform technical SEO audits.
Fix crawl and indexing issues.
Optimize Core Web Vitals.
Improve site architecture and internal linking.
Implement schema markup.
Manage XML sitemaps and robots.txt.
Identify and resolve duplicate content issues.
Work with developers to implement technical recommendations.

On-Page SEO

Optimize landing pages, product pages, collections, and blogs.
Create SEO-friendly URL structures.
Optimize meta titles and descriptions.
Improve heading hierarchy.
Implement internal linking strategies.
Optimize images and alt tags.

Content Strategy

Build keyword-driven content calendars.
Identify content gaps.
Create content briefs for writers.
Optimize existing content.
Monitor content performance.
Improve EEAT signals.

AI & AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)

Optimize websites for AI search engines.
Improve structured data implementation.
Create content designed for AI citations.
Increase visibility across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI Overviews.
Monitor emerging AI search trends.

Analytics & Reporting

Track SEO performance using:
Google Analytics 4
Google Search Console
Ahrefs / SEMrush
Screaming Frog
Looker Studio
Prepare monthly reports.
Monitor keyword rankings.
Analyze traffic, conversions, CTR, and user behavior.
Recommend improvements based on data.

Client Communication

Present SEO strategies to clients.
Explain technical concepts in simple language.
Attend strategy meetings.
Provide monthly performance updates.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and content teams.

Required SkillsMust Have

5+ years of SEO experience.
Strong understanding of Technical SEO.
Experience with Shopify and WordPress SEO.
Excellent keyword research skills.
Strong on-page optimization knowledge.
Familiarity with schema markup.
Understanding of Core Web Vitals.
Experience with international SEO.
Excellent analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.

Knowledge of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
Experience with AI-driven SEO workflows and automation.
Basic understanding of Python or SQL for SEO analysis.
Experience with Google Merchant Center SEO and eCommerce structured data.
