Roles & Responsibilities:

About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced .NET Engineer to enhance and extend our existing suite of
microservices within a well-established development team. You’ll work in a collaborative, agile
environment, applying modern .NET practices to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
What You’ll Do

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:

Drive the technical direction of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and

industry best practices.

Deliver solutions that meet high standards for security, scalability, reliability,

maintainability, and testability.

Mentor and guide junior developers and support their professional learning and growth.
Apply strong problem-solving skills and promote best practices across the team.
Promote agile principles and best practices to enable efficient, high-quality software

delivery.

Build strong relationships with the other engineers, architects, analysts, testers, project

managers and product owners.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in software development.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization of development

workflows.

Day to Day Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality code following best practices.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Work closely with product teams to deliver new features and enhancements.
Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, retrospectives, refinements) to ensure timely

delivery.

Identify technical risks early and propose effective solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience delivering complex software products.
Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best

practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
