About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about sales, technology, and customer engagement. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, understanding business requirements, and supporting the sales cycle for IT solutions and services.

Location: Mumbai (Andheri – Saki Naka)

Department: Sales

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Experience Required: 0–1 Year
Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads and contribute towards monthly and annual sales targets.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT Infrastructure and technology solutions.

Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

Maintain and update lead, opportunity, and customer information in CRM systems.

Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal teams for solution design and commercial proposals.

Support order processing, customer follow-ups, collections, and post-sales coordination.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and repeat business.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle.

Preferred Educational Qualification & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Basic understanding of sales processes and customer engagement.

Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and IT solutions.

Good negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Knowledge of CRM or sales tools will be an added advantage.

Strong business acumen and customer-focused mindset.
