Full job description

Position: Quality Trainee
Department: Quality Assurance / Quality Control
Experience: Fresher (0–1 Year)
Industry: Plastic Injection Moulding

Key Responsibilities

Perform visual inspection of plastic injection moulded components.
Carry out dimensional inspection using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, height gauges, and gauges.
Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.
Support in first-off, in-process, and final inspections.
Identify and report quality defects such as flash, sink marks, short shots, warpage, black spots, and flow marks.
Assist in segregation of non-conforming products.
Follow inspection standards, work instructions, and quality procedures.
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions under the guidance of senior quality engineers.
Maintain 5S and safety standards in the inspection area.
Coordinate with production and stores to ensure smooth quality operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
