Position Title: Executive Assistant (E.A.) About Us: Jindal Medical Store, established in 1968, is a prominent pharmaceutical company located in Delhi. With a dedicated team, we pride ourselves on a collaborative and professional work environment. Job Description: We are seeking a responsible and well-coordinated Executive Assistant to support the management team in dayto-day administrative, coordination, and follow-up activities. The ideal candidate should have strong follow-up skills, good English communication, and working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word. This role is suitable for a mature and stable candidate who can manage tasks, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: ● Follow-Up Management: Maintain excellent follow-up with internal teams, clients, vendors, and managementrelated tasks. ● Administrative Support: Assist in daily office coordination, documentation, and management support activities. ● Coordination: Coordinate with different departments and ensure proper communication flow. ● MS Office Work: Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and basic data using MS Excel and MS Word. ● Communication Support: Draft and manage professional communication in English whenever required. ● Shorthand Support: Use shorthand skills for taking notes, instructions, and important points when needed. ● Task Tracking: Track assigned tasks and ensure timely completion with proper reminders and updates. Qualifications: ● Experience: 2-3 years of experience as an assistant, secretary, office coordinator, or admin coordinator. ● Work Background: Candidate with steady experience in admin and coordination will be preferred. ● Education: Education is not mandatory, but good English communication is required. ● Preferred Qualification: Graduation from a secretarial college will be an added advantage. ● Skills Required: Excellent follow-up skills are the most important requirement. Do not hire without this skill. ● MS Office: Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word. ● Communication: Good command over English. ● Additional Skill: Shorthand knowledge required. ● Age: 30+ preferred. ● Preference: Mature and stable candidate preferred. ● Salary: Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 30,000/- per month. ● Location: Derawal Nagar, Delhi.
