Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update accurate records, reports, and documentation for all project sites.
Perform data entry and ensure timely updating of site-related information in company records and systems.
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and management for collection and maintenance of project data.
Track daily site activities, manpower attendance, material consumption, work progress, and other site-related records.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required by management.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of site reports, invoices, drawings, and project-related documents.
Follow up with site teams for pending documents, reports, and updates.
Ensure all records are organized, accurate, and readily available when required.
Communicate effectively with site teams, vendors, and office staff to ensure smooth coordination and information flow.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
Manage data using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other office software.
Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the organization.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company records and information.

Required Skills:

Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Sheets.
Strong data entry and record-keeping abilities.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to coordinate with multiple project sites simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of MIS reporting and office administration.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification:

Higher Secondary (12th Pass) / Graduate in any discipline.
Computer proficiency is mandatory.
Additional certification in MS Office or related software will be an added advantage.

Experience:

0–2 Years of Experience Preferred.
Freshers with good computer knowledge and communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
