Primary Responsibilities:

Analyze, review, forecast and trend complex data
Present analysis and recommendations for operational and business review/planning
Support short- and long-term operational/strategic business activities through analysis
Develop, recommend and implement business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes
Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation.
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). This is a complex, fast-paced, matrixed environment with a lot of moving parts. The challenge is in developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. You'll be expected to interpret and analyze large amounts of data from multiple sources and use it to tell a meaningful story.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in business/finance analysis
Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field
Pharmacy Experience
Experience in UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
US Health care system and data, working with claims data, claims procedures
EPS Knowledge
Knowledge on quality measures
Intermediate to advance knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Access
Working knowledge of SQL
