Job Description – Outreach Specialist Company: Elcom Digital Position: Outreach Specialist Experience: 1–3 Years

Elcom Digital is a technology-driven organization delivering innovative IT and SaaS solutions to businesses. We are looking for a confident and proactive Outreach Specialist who can represent our brand, build meaningful relationships with senior decision-makers, and generate qualified business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
● Conduct B2B cold calling and outbound outreach to identify and connect with potential clients.
● Engage with CXOs, CEOs, Directors, Founders, and other C-suite executives with confidence and professionalism.
● Initiate conversations, understand business requirements, and secure in-person meetings with senior decision-makers for the sales leadership team.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-ups.
● Manage and update all client interactions, meeting schedules, and lead status in the CRM system.
● Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-up.
● Represent Elcom Digital at industry events, networking sessions, and exhibitions, including ICAI, CA, and other finance and technology events.
● Generate qualified leads through events, networking, and outbound prospecting.
● Achieve monthly outreach, meeting booking, and lead generation targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 1–3 years of experience in Outreach, Lead Generation, Business Development, or Inside Sales within the IT/SaaS industry.
● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently with CEOs, CXOs, Founders, Directors, and C-suite executives.
● Strong executive presence with the confidence to represent the company professionally. ● Proven experience in B2B cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting.
● Ability to convince and schedule face-to-face meetings with senior stakeholders.
● Hands-on experience with CRM tools for lead management and follow-ups.
● Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive in identifying new business opportunities.
● Willingness to travel and attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions. Preferred Skills
● Experience in SaaS, Cloud, or IT Services.
● Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach and prospecting tools
. ● Strong networking and stakeholder management abilities.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
