Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Business Development Manager to drive enterprise sales for our DMS, SFA, ERP, Retailer App, and Cloud/SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales cycles, building strong CXO-level relationships, and accelerating our growth across manufacturing, CPG, distribution, and enterprise verticals.

This role demands deep industry understanding, enterprise solution knowledge, strong negotiation capabilities, and the ability to influence decision-makers at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Market Expertise

âœ” Acquire in-depth knowledge of Eazyâ€™s ERP, DMS, SFA, Dealer Portal, and Cloud solutions
âœ” Stay updated on industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape
âœ” Position Eazyâ€™s solutions effectively against competitors across target verticals

Lead Generation & Funnel Management

âœ” Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and tele-sales driven funnels
âœ” Conduct structured follow-ups and ensure continuous movement of leads across funnel stages
âœ” Maintain a healthy pipeline with clear revenue projections

Client Engagement & Solution Consulting

âœ” Deliver impactful corporate presentations, solution walkthroughs, and software demonstrations
âœ” Conduct requirement-gathering sessions to understand client processes, gaps, and expectations
âœ” Qualify opportunities and prepare custom proposals, commercial offers, and responses to RFPs/RFIs

Deal Management & Closure

âœ” Manage and drive full sales cycles from lead to contract signing
âœ” Engage with key stakeholders including CIOs, CXOs, IT Heads, Business Heads, and decision committees
âœ” Negotiate commercials, pricing structures, contract terms, and close deals within stipulated timelines

Strategy, Analytics & Reporting

âœ” Perform competitor and customer analysis to identify new markets and expansion opportunities
âœ” Monitor, track, and report all sales activities, funnel health, and business outcomes
âœ” Collaborate with product, marketing, and implementation teams for seamless deal execution

Relationship Management

âœ” Build long-term strategic relationships with enterprise clients
âœ” Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle
âœ” Act as a trusted advisor to customers and key accounts

Â· Experience working with CIO/CXO-level stakeholders

Â· Familiarity with cloud-based and SaaS commercial models is a strong advantage

Qualifications & Experience

Â· Bachelorâ€™s/Masterâ€™s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field

Â· 4-8 years of proven experience in enterprise sales or business development

Â· Strong exposure to manufacturing/CPG/distribution sectors

Â· Prior experience in ERP / CRM / DMS / SFA / B2B enterprise SaaS or perpetual solutions

Â· Experience with cloud-based and SaaS commercial models is a strong advantage

Â· Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
