Location: Onsite – Ahmedabad

Duration: 1 Month (Extendable up to 3 months based on business requirements and performance, at the organization's discretion)

As a Field Sales Intern, you'll represent our products in the market, interact with businesses, and gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, client engagement, and business development.

About the Role

We are looking for energetic, confident, and self-motivated Field Sales Interns who are passionate about sales and building customer relationships.

In this role, you will meet prospective clients, demonstrate Webito's technology products, generate new business opportunities, and support the sales team in expanding our customer base. This internship provides practical exposure to field sales, lead generation, negotiations, and customer relationship management.

Whether you're looking to build a career in Sales, Business Development, or Client Management, this internship offers valuable real-world experience.

Key Responsibilities

Visit prospective clients to introduce and demonstrate Webito's technology products and services.
Generate leads through cold visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
Explain product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales activity and performance targets.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the Sales and Product teams.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and sales activities.
Represent the company professionally during client interactions and field visits.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in face-to-face client interactions and presentations.
Basic understanding of technology products or a willingness to learn quickly.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to travel within Ahmedabad for client meetings and field visits.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Basic knowledge of SaaS products, ERP, CRM, or business software.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
Previous experience in campus activities, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Final-year students pursuing BBA, MBA (Marketing/Sales), B.Com, BCA, BE/B.Tech, or any relevant discipline.
Candidates with excellent communication skills and an interest in Sales or Business Development are preferred.
No prior professional experience is required.
