Assistant Manager

Position: Assistant Manager

Work Location: Chennai

Department: Imports (Air & Sea)

No of positions available: 1

Experience

Assist sales department acquire new accounts
Manage staff performance to ensure required levels of productivity and organizational objectives are met
Coordinate bookings , documentation , and execution of routings for assigned shipments while keeping in constant communication with the customer and Over seas agents.
Obtain rate from over seas agents and airlines, liners.
Negotiate rates.
Ensure accurate and timely service to avoid penalties
Responsible for Customer satisfaction.
Air import freight forwarding / air import logistics forwarding / air import cargo forwarding / Sea import freight forwarding / Liners / CHA expert

CTC: Depends on Experience

Qualification: Graduation
