Role : Java Fullstack (React) Developer (Senior)

Location: Hybrid

Address: Mumbai, Noida, Gurugram, Pune, Kochi

Job Description:

Position Summary :

Software Engineers are responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex enterprise software solutions.

Individuals in this role collaborate closely with technical and non-technical roles such as data modelers, architects, business analysts, data stewards, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to provide design, technical analysis, development/configuration, testing, implementation, and support expertise representing the interest of the business across the enterprise.

In this role, individuals participate in and lead design sessions and provide leadership for ongoing development efforts on various projects.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years' experience designing and developing Java EE applications.
5+ years' experience with relational database development using MySQL and NOSQL DB.
5+ years of experience in SpringBoot and Rest API.
5+ years of experience of deploying and maintaining Java applications in cloud (Azure is Plus). Design and build Application using microservices architecture.
Experience developing front end applications using React/javascript.
Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes/AKS) is a plus.
Ability to develop a scalable and high performing solution aligning with Enterprise Architecture guidelines.
Strong documentation skills that will be used to create process flow designs, key design decision documents and technical/functional reference guides.
Understanding of load balancers is a plus.
Previous experience with open source framework is also a plus.
Working knowledge of any Git/Github/Jenkins/Azure DevOps.
Experience in an Agile development methodology.
Experience with mentoring junior developers on the team.
Successful internal candidates will have spent one year or more on their current team.

Job Duties / Essential Functions :

Develops or prototypes software modules at various levels of complexity, including but not limited to: service interfaces, process flows, service messages, SOA components, business logic, UI/UX, or data access logic.
Develops efficient code in various development languages for enhancements and bug fixes.
Designs, develops, tests, and deploys software solutions and process flows complying with standards, guidelines, and best practices.
Executes against project plans and delivers assignments within scope, schedule, and budget.
Creates, executes, and evaluates unit/integration tests.
Adopts and adapts to newly approved technologies, programming languages, tools, and standards. Identifies, assesses, and formulates architectural impacts and solutions from business requirements. Collaborates to ensure application designs utilize appropriate patterns and standards.
Analyzes user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints, including the ability to estimate work needed.
Assesses functional and nonfunctional requirements and creates designs to meet both business and technical needs. Creates conceptual and detailed technical design documents.
Provides implementation expertise contributing to rollback, post install, data migration, and other artifacts as required including creation of support plans.
Adheres to security management practices and promotes established security standards.
Identifies and resolves problems, often anticipating issues before they occur or before they grow, develops and evaluates options, and implements solutions.
Regular and reliable workplace attendance at your assigned location.
