Suha Digitech is a leading IT Training Institute committed to providing industry-focused courses in AI Development, Python Full Stack Development, Data Science, Digital Marketing, and other emerging technologies. We are looking for enthusiastic Telecaller Interns who are passionate about communication and helping students choose the right career path.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students using the provided leads.
Explain our IT courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
Follow up with interested candidates and schedule counselling sessions.
Answer basic course-related queries in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of calls and student enquiries.
Coordinate with the admissions team for lead conversions.
Achieve daily and weekly calling targets.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (English communication is an added advantage).
Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers and college students are encouraged to apply.
