Experience Required: 10 Years in Human Resources
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll, performance management, employee relations, statutory compliance, labour management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have experience working in construction, interior design, engineering, real estate, or project-based organizations.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Architects, Interior Designers, Engineers, Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Site Staff, Sales, Accounts, Admin, and Support Teams.
- Develop recruitment strategies and talent pipelines to attract quality candidates.
- Coordinate sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage onboarding, induction, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, training, and exit formalities.
- Ensure smooth joining and orientation processes for new employees.
- Monitor employee records and maintain complete personnel documentation.
Payroll & Compensation Management
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Verify attendance, leave records, incentives, reimbursements, deductions, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure accurate processing of PF, ESI, Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), TDS, Gratuity, and other statutory deductions.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for payroll processing and reporting.
- Manage Full & Final Settlements (F&F), payslips, Form 16, and payroll-related documentation.
Performance Management
- Develop and monitor KPI/KRA systems and performance appraisal processes.
- Coordinate periodic performance reviews and employee evaluations.
- Support managers in setting performance goals and improving employee productivity.
- Analyze performance data and provide reports and recommendations to management.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a bridge between management and employees to ensure effective communication.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
- Handle conflict resolution professionally and fairly.
- Organize employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, and retention programs.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and employment regulations.
- Manage statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and other legal requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and government authorities for filings and documentation.
- Stay updated on labor law changes and ensure organizational compliance.
HR Records & Documentation
- Maintain employee files, attendance records, leave records, payroll records, statutory registers, and HR documentation.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports and management reports.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data and records.
Labour Management & Site Workforce Coordination
- Maintain labour registers and workforce records for employees deployed at project sites.
- Coordinate with Site Supervisors and Project Managers for daily labour data updates.
- Ensure labour records comply with statutory and insurance requirements.
Expense Coordination & Administration
- Coordinate with employees for submission of petty cash bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Track pending expense documents and follow up for timely submission.
- Maintain expense trackers and coordinate with Accounts for reconciliation and closure.
Confidentiality & Data Protection
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information, payroll data, and company records.
- Implement data protection practices and ensure secure handling of sensitive HR information.
HR Operations & Administration
- Oversee attendance management, leave tracking, payroll inputs, and HR systems.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required HR documentation and reports.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems.
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in HR, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in Construction, Interior Design, Real Estate, Engineering, or Project-Based Industries.
- Strong experience in recruitment, payroll management, statutory compliance, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Experience handling both office and site-based workforce management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
