Role & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Sharp/ Strong leadership and team management capabilities – as the role will have significant interaction with senior management on IT and business side
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to influence and drive change across multiple teams – this will be a critical factor to the success of this role
Experience presenting to senior management and business leaders
Manage UAT processes with trading teams and key stakeholders for front to back initiatives
Lead incident reviews and implement preventive measures

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
15+ years of software QA experience, strictly in financial services
Experience with front-to-back testing across trading, risk management, and settlement systems
Experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, API testing tools, etc.)
Understanding of investment banking business processes and systems architecture
Knowledge of regulatory requirements (MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, Basel III, etc.)
Familiarity with Agile/DevOps practices and continuous integration

Skills & Competencies

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of organization
Strategic thinking with attention to detail
Risk-aware mindset with focus on quality and reliability
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
