Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager who can take complete ownership of our end-to-end EdTech operations.

The candidate will be responsible for managing daily business operations, coordinating different teams, monitoring performance, streamlining processes, and ensuring smooth execution across student acquisition, admissions, onboarding, training, student support, career services, and overall business operations.

We are looking for someone who can own the complete operational process and drive execution independently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the complete end-to-end EdTech operational process.
Coordinate across Admissions, Sales, Marketing, Academic, Training, Student Support, Career Services, and Management teams.
Ensure smooth student journey from initial enquiry and counseling through enrollment, onboarding, learning, completion, and career support.
Manage daily operations and ensure all departments follow defined processes and timelines.
Monitor lead management, follow-ups, counseling activities, admissions, and enrollment processes.
Coordinate batch planning, class schedules, trainers, sessions, student communication, and academic activities.
Monitor student attendance, engagement, progress, feedback, and support requirements.
Handle escalated operational and student issues and ensure timely resolution.
Manage and monitor team productivity, responsibilities, targets, and performance.
Conduct regular operational meetings and ensure proper follow-up on action items.
Develop and implement SOPs, workflows, and operational policies across departments.
Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies and implement solutions.
Work closely with management to improve student experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.
Maintain dashboards and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Track important metrics across admissions, academics, student engagement, completion, career support, and overall operations.
Implement CRM, automation, reporting, and other systems to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between all internal teams.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Operations, preferably within the EdTech, Education, Training, or Learning & Development industry.
Experience handling end-to-end EdTech operations will be highly preferred.
Strong understanding of admissions, student onboarding, academic operations, student support, and career services.
Experience managing and coordinating multiple teams.
Strong leadership, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, reporting, CRM, and operational tools.
Ability to create processes, SOPs, dashboards, and performance tracking systems.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Ability to independently manage operations and take responsibility for execution.

Who We Are Looking For

We need a hands-on Operations Manager, not someone who only monitors reports.

The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding the entire EdTech business process, coordinating multiple departments, solving operational problems, building processes, tracking performance, and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly.

Candidates with prior experience managing end-to-end operations in an EdTech company or education business will be given preference.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred. Candidates who can start immediately will be given priority.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
