We are building a modern cloud-native SaaS platform using Java, Spring Boot, React, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Object Storage, AI Services, and GIS technologies to transform how critical infrastructure is inspected and managed.
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Engineer who can take ownership of product development from concept to production.
You will work closely with the CTO, Product Team, AI Engineers, GIS Engineers, and DevOps team to build scalable, secure, and production-ready applications that power our Drone Intelligence Platform.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex engineering challenges while building enterprise-grade cloud applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate, and modern microservice architecture. Build responsive and intuitive web applications using React.js, TypeScript, Material UI, and modern state management libraries.
- Develop secure REST APIs, implement OAuth2/JWT-based authentication, optimize database performance using PostgreSQL, and build reusable frontend and backend components.
- Deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, configure Ingress, Secrets, ConfigMaps, Autoscaling, and build CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
- Work with object storage platforms such as Amazon S3, MinIO, or Azure Blob Storage, while supporting GitOps workflows using ArgoCD where applicable.
- Implement secure coding practices aligned with OWASP Top 10, integrate code quality and vulnerability scanning using SonarQube and container security tools, and establish monitoring through Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki/ELK.
- Collaborate with AI and GIS teams to integrate inference services and build efficient workflows for processing imagery, thermal data, LiDAR, point clouds, and GIS layers, ensuring reliable, scalable, and production-ready software delivery.
Required Technical Skills
- Backend: Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate, REST APIs, Microservices.
- Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, Material UI, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux Toolkit or Context API.
- Database: PostgreSQL, SQL Optimization, Database Design (PostGIS preferred).
- Cloud & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, Bash, GitHub Actions/GitLab CI, Helm and ArgoCD (preferred).
- Security & Observability: OAuth2, JWT, RBAC, OWASP Top 10, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki/ELK.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to GeoServer, Mapbox, CesiumJS, LiDAR & Point Cloud Processing, Python, OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, FFmpeg, LangChain, LLM Integration, or other AI/GIS technologies will be an added advantage.
