Full job description

Datafortune is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Lead to drive business growth across North America and emerging markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services sales, Data & AI solutions, Cloud Services, Analytics, Digital Transformation, and Custom Software Development.

This role requires a hunter mindset, strategic account management capabilities, and experience selling complex technology solutions to enterprise and mid-market customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth across target accounts and industry verticals.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities for Data Management, Cloud, AI/ML, Analytics, BI, Product Engineering, and Application Development services.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through networking, outbound prospecting, referrals, and partner channels.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Client Relationship Management
- Engage with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Heads of Engineering, Digital Transformation Leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Understand customer business challenges and align Datafortune's service offerings with their strategic objectives.
Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Proposal & Solution Selling
- Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to develop compelling proposals and solution presentations.
- Lead client discussions, RFP/RFI responses, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
8+ years of successful B2B technology sales experience, with at least 5 years in IT Services or Technology Consulting sales.
Experience managing enterprise, mid-market, or SMB sales cycles.
Strong expertise in consultative selling and solution-based sales methodologies.
Proficiency in CRM a platforms such as Zoho CRM, or similar.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Data Engineering, and AI ecosystems.
