Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales & Bid Manager who will own the complete proposal lifecycle—

from identifying opportunities and analyzing RFPs/RFIs/RFQs to preparing winning technical and

commercial proposals.

The ideal candidate should possess strong proposal writing, documentation, communication, solution

design, and stakeholder management skills, with experience in SaaS, Enterprise Software, IT Services, Cloud

Solutions, AI, or Digital Transformation projects.

This role will work closely with Product, Sales, Technical, Finance, Legal, and Leadership teams to develop

compelling proposals that maximize our win rate.

Key Responsibilities

Bid & Proposal Management

Review and analyze RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, EOIs, and Tender documents.
Prepare proposal response plans and submission timelines.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather technical, commercial, and compliance information.
Develop high-quality technical and commercial proposals.
Manage proposal documentation from initiation to submission.
Ensure timely submission of bids across various procurement portals.

Proposal Writing

Prepare technical proposals.
Write executive summaries and company profiles.
Prepare solution architecture documents.
Develop project implementation methodologies.
Create project plans and delivery approaches.
Prepare compliance matrices.
Develop customer-specific solution documents.

Pre-Sales Activities

Understand customer business requirements.
Recommend appropriate Getyn solutions.
Conduct solution demonstrations with Sales teams.
Prepare presentations and solution decks.
Participate in customer discovery sessions.
Support enterprise sales opportunities.

Bid Coordination

Coordinate with:
Product Team
Engineering Team
Sales Team
Finance Team
Legal Team
Management

to collect information required for proposal submissions.

Track proposal progress and ensure internal deadlines are met.

Tender Management

Monitor government and private procurement portals.
Identify relevant business opportunities.
Evaluate bid eligibility.
Maintain bid calendars.
Maintain proposal repository and reusable content library.
Commercial Documentation

Prepare and coordinate:

Commercial proposals
Pricing sheets
Statements of Work (SOW)
Scope documents
Vendor registration documents
Company credentials
Case studies
Product brochures

Client Interaction

Clarify customer requirements.
Respond to bid queries.
Participate in clarification meetings.
Coordinate proposal presentations.
Support contract negotiations alongside Sales and Leadership.
Knowledge Management

Maintain a centralized repository for:

Proposal templates
Technical documentation
Standard responses
Company certifications
Product documentation
Customer references
Frequently used bid responses
