Position Details
Position: Manager Function: R&D (Motor Controller 3W)
Reports to: Department Head Location: Noida/Ghaziabad
Specifications
Experience (in years) : 8+ years
Industry Preferred : Automative industry (E-3W) with experience of Controller Design
Qualifications : B. Tech & M. Tech (EE, ECE, IC, CSE)

Roles & responsibilities
End to End Development of Motor Controller for L3/L5.
SOR & technical specifications for Motor Controller.
In-house MCU Testing, Validation setup & Dyno data analysis.
Training, SOP & Documentation of whole project.
Functional competencies Behavioural competencies
Understanding of three-wheeler motor controller
system engineering, software development,
hardware design, DVP, Homologation.
Motor controller core concepts, commutation,
FOC, trapezoidal, motor calibration, dyno
operation, understanding of embedded system.
Simulink, MATLAB, CAN, Microcontrollers,
Embedded System.
Teamwork
