YouTube Performance Marketer – Market Niti

About Us

Market Niti is an educational platform focused on simplifying investing, fundamental analysis, technical analysis and wealth creation for retail investors in India. We are looking for a data-driven YouTube Performance Marketer who can help us scale our channel, increase engagement and generate high-quality leads for our courses and community.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a growth strategy for the YouTube channel.
Increase subscribers, watch time and audience retention.
Optimize video titles, thumbnails, descriptions and SEO.
Run and manage YouTube advertising campaigns.
Analyze audience behavior and provide actionable insights.
Design and execute A/B tests for thumbnails, hooks and video formats.
Create systems to convert viewers into community members and paying customers.
Track and improve key metrics such as:
Cost per subscriber
Cost per lead
Watch time
Click-through rate (CTR)
Audience retention
Conversion rate
Return on ad spend (ROAS)
Work closely with the content team to identify viral opportunities and content gaps.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in YouTube growth and performance marketing.
Proven track record of scaling at least one YouTube channel.
Strong understanding of YouTube analytics and SEO.
Experience in running YouTube ads with measurable ROI.
Ability to provide case studies and references.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Deliverables (Results Expected)

The candidate must clearly explain how they plan to achieve:

Growth in subscribers and watch hours.
Higher engagement and audience retention.
Increased course enrollments and qualified leads.
Improved CTR and conversion rates.
Monthly performance reports with measurable KPIs.
