If you live and breathe search rankings, keywords, and ad performance — and you want to see your work directly impact a brand's growth — this role is for you.

Why This Role Exists

Great branding means nothing if no one finds it. We need a sharp SEO Specialist who can drive organic growth for our clients AND manage paid campaigns on Google Ads — someone who understands both the long game of SEO and the precision of PPC. You'll own search performance end to end for multiple brands.

What You'll Do

SEO — On-Page

Conduct thorough keyword research and map keywords to client pages
Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headers, and content for search intent
Audit and improve website content for relevance, readability, and ranking potential
Optimize images, internal linking structure, and URL architecture
Work with the design and development team to implement on-page recommendations

SEO — Off-Page

Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and directory submissions
Monitor and manage client backlink profiles — disavow toxic links when needed
Develop and execute link-building strategies tailored to each client's niche
Track competitor backlink profiles and identify new link opportunities

SEO — Technical

Conduct full technical SEO audits — crawl errors, site speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability
Identify and fix indexing issues, duplicate content, canonical errors, and broken links
Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and structured data (schema markup)
Coordinate with developers to implement technical fixes efficiently
Monitor Google Search Console and resolve coverage and enhancement issues

Google Ads — PPC

Set up, manage, and optimize Google Search, Display, and YouTube ad campaigns
Conduct keyword research for paid campaigns — match types, negatives, and bid strategy
Write compelling ad copy — headlines, descriptions, and extensions
Monitor campaign performance daily — CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Quality Score
Run A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients with clear insights and recommendations

Reporting & Analytics

Set up and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Track conversions, goals, and events across client websites
Prepare clear, visual SEO and PPC performance reports monthly
Present actionable insights and growth recommendations to the team and clients

What You Bring

Must-Haves

1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience — technical, on-page, and off-page
1–2 years of Google Ads experience — Search campaigns minimum
Proficient in Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4
Hands-on experience with SEO tools — Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz
Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, and ranking factors
Ability to read data, spot trends, and turn insights into clear action plans
Good written English — for ad copy, meta descriptions, and client reports
Comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously

Nice-to-Haves

Google Ads Certification — Search or Display
Google Analytics Certification
Experience with Google Display and YouTube ad campaigns
Basic knowledge of WordPress — for implementing on-page changes directly
Familiarity with local SEO — Google Business Profile optimization
Experience with AI SEO tools — Surfer SEO, Jasper, or similar
Prior experience at a digital marketing or branding agency
