About the Role

We are looking for a creative, confident, and target-oriented Wedding Gifting Sales Executive to manage sales of premium wedding gifts, hampers, invitation boxes, personalized gifts, and curated gifting solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, presenting suitable gifting options, generating new business, and managing the complete sales process from enquiry to order closure and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, networking, and other channels.
Handle enquiries from individuals, families, wedding planners, event agencies, and corporate clients.
Understand customer requirements, wedding themes, budgets, quantities, and customization needs.
Present and recommend suitable wedding gifting products and packages.
Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with clients.
Follow up regularly with prospective clients and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, event managers, decorators, venues, and other industry professionals.
Develop new business opportunities through networking and market visits.
Coordinate with the design, production, and operations teams for customized orders.
Ensure timely communication regarding samples, approvals, production, and delivery.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, orders, and sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the order cycle.
Stay updated on current wedding gifting trends, premium packaging, and customization ideas.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused and persuasive approach.
Good understanding of wedding and gifting requirements.
Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Ability to understand and sell premium/customized products.
Creative mindset with an eye for presentation and aesthetics.
Good knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, CRM, and basic MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Strong networking and business-development abilities.

Preferred Experience

1–4 years of experience in wedding gifting, luxury gifting, retail sales, event sales, wedding planning, hospitality, or premium product sales.
Experience working with wedding planners, event companies, luxury brands, or high-value clients will be an advantage.
Candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for weddings and gifting are encouraged to apply.

Monthly sales and revenue targets.
